Official Scorers in Vernon County, Wisconsin

Vernon County sits in the heart of the Driftless Area, where the steep ridges and deep coulees regularly produce heavy-antlered whitetails. When you take a buck that meets the minimums for the state record book or a national organization, you need a certified measurement to make it official. The terrain here grows big deer, and having a local contact saves you a long drive when it comes time to put a tape to your trophy.

Clark Gallup in Westby provides scoring services for hunters in the area. He has the training to handle the drying period requirements and the paperwork necessary for entry into the record books. Whether you are dealing with a typical frame or a non-typical rack, he can provide the official measurements needed to document your harvest properly within the Wisconsin scoring system.
