1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trackyn (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, directory, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Trackyn is a directory that connects hunters with local hunting-related service providers, including taxidermists, meat processors, bow shops, dog trackers, drone pilots, food plot services, and other outdoor businesses. We provide listing information, search tools, booking features, and partner programs.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update any changes.
4. Business Listings and Claims
Businesses may claim, manage, and upgrade their listings through our platform. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business. You are responsible for ensuring that all listing information, including hours, services, photos, and contact details, is accurate and lawful.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute directory data without our written permission.
- Interfere with the proper working of the platform or circumvent any security measures.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features require payment. All fees are described at checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
7. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number to Trackyn and opting in, you agree to receive SMS and MMS text messages from us, including service requests, provider alerts, account notifications, booking updates, and related communications.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and the notifications you have enabled. Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to all messages we send and receive, and you are responsible for any such charges.
Opting out: You may cancel SMS or MMS messages at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any message from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS or MMS messages from us. If you want to subscribe again, you can sign up as you did originally, and we will resume sending messages to you.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, reply "HELP" to any message for assistance, or contact us at sales@trackyn.app.
Carriers: Carriers and mobile network operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee the timely delivery of any SMS or MMS message, and message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
Your mobile information: We will not share your mobile phone number or SMS/MMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used only to send the messages you have consented to receive and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Consent is not required: You are not required to consent to receive SMS or MMS messages as a condition of purchasing anything or of using Trackyn. Consent to receive messages is voluntary, and the service remains available without it.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials provided by Trackyn are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
9. Disclaimers
Trackyn is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or user content. We are not a party to transactions or bookings between hunters and businesses and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed businesses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackyn and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, businesses, or Trackyn.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
