Official Scorers in Linn County, Missouri

If you drop a heavy buck in the Linn County timber, you need a certified measurement to see where it stands in the record books. This part of Missouri is known for producing quality deer, and getting a rack officially scored requires a technician who knows how to handle the tape and the data sheets. Whether you are hunting the rolling hills near Linneus or the bottomlands around Meadville, having a local contact makes the process much easier after the mandatory drying period.

There are currently three official scorers serving this area, including Rick Falconer in Linneus. These contacts are available to handle measurements for various species, though most hunters reach out for whitetail entries. You can find them located in Linneus, Meadville, and St. Joseph. It is best to call ahead to schedule a time once your trophy has met the required drying time so they can complete the paperwork correctly for the state or national record books.
