Official Scorers in Jo Daviess County, Illinois

Jo Daviess County sits in a prime corner of the Driftless Area, where the steep ridges and deep coulees regularly produce heavy-antlered whitetails. When you take a buck that hits the ground with significant mass or spread, getting it officially measured is the only way to document its place in the record books.

We currently have one official scorer listed in Stockton to help you with the entry process. James C. Carlson handles the measuring for hunters in the area, providing the verified scores required for Pope and Young or Boone and Crockett submissions. Whether you are hunting the bluffs near the river or the timber around Stockton, these services ensure your trophy is properly recorded.
