Official Scorers in Olmsted County, Minnesota

Olmsted County hunters looking to get a trophy officially measured can find a certified scorer in Orion Township. The rolling farmland and hardwood draws in this part of Southeast Minnesota consistently produce heavy-racked whitetails. Whether you took a buck during the shotgun season or with a bow, getting it entered into the record books requires a measurement from a recognized official like Dave Boland.

Local scoring services handle the required drying period and provide the necessary paperwork for Boone and Crockett or Pope and Young entries. Having a scorer nearby saves you a long drive when you need an accurate net score. Most measurements take place by appointment in the rural areas outside of Rochester.
