Official Scorers in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota

If you take a nice buck in the Mille Lacs Lake area, you have a few options for getting it officially measured. This county produces heavy-bodied deer and solid racks, particularly in the farmland near Milaca Township and the wooded sections of Page Township. Getting a score on the record requires a certified measurer who knows the specific requirements for various record books.

There are currently three official scorers available in this part of the county, including Doug Ohman in Milaca Township. These contacts can handle the mandatory drying period requirements and the paperwork for your trophy. Having a local scorer nearby saves you a long drive when you need an official entry for the books.
