Official Scorers in Hardin County, Ohio

Hardin County produces heavy-antlered bucks across its woodlots and river bottoms. If you have harvested a deer that meets the minimum standards for a record book, you need to contact a certified measurer to get an official score. These scorers are trained to handle the specific requirements for both typical and non-typical racks taken within the county or the surrounding region.

There are currently two official scorers available in this area. You can find Chris Atha located in Forest and Gary Oates over in Kenton. Reach out to them directly to discuss the mandatory drying period and to schedule a time to have your trophy measured.
